Suggest treatment For Pain While Urinating And Constipation

I have a very strong like dragging and pushing pain when passing urine. I have been on 2 diff antibiotics and tramadol for pain and supposatory for constipation.I had a operation on my shoulder to remove a staple and scrape the bones. Think u call it putti plat operation years ago. After op I could not pass urine so told nurse, but she said nothing to do with op so sent me home. I have still that pain and dragging feeling. Was told It could last up two 6 to 8 weeks Is this right

Hello,

You should drink plenty fluids, if you still feel pain while urinating then get a urinalysis done and start with tab Levoflox.
